Planning Commission Vacancy
The Village of Kalkaska’s Planning Commission is seeking community-oriented individuals to fill a vacancy on the Commission. Responsibilities of Planning Commissioner include: development of Village Master Plan and Recreation Plan; recommendation of ordinances, amendments to existing ordinances, zoning changes and site plan developments; and general advisement to Council in regard to the proper physical development of the Village of Kalkaska. This position must be filled by a qualified elector of the Village. Applications are available on the Village website, as well as at the Village Office located at 200 Hyde Street, Kalkaska, Michigan.
